The Timmins Family Counselling Centre provides community-based therapeutic counselling solutions to individuals, couples, and families as well as various workplaces. If you are looking for welcoming and professional support to help you make sense of life's daily challenges or more unique struggles, we can help.

Our clinicians provide a full range of counselling services and programs offered in a non-judgemental and confidential space. We work with people who are 12 years of age through adult of every gender, sexual orientation, and cultural background.

Everyone must attend an individual intake appointment in order to determine their counselling needs and preferences. The individual intake appointment can be scheduled over the phone or in person, this appointment is free of charge for everyone. Once your intake assessment is completed we are able to determine if you qualify for any of our programs or services either through Ministry funding, your EAP, or through your health benefits provider. Due to Ministry funding requirements, not everyone will qualify for services at no or low cost therefore, fees may apply. Upon scheduling your initial counselling session following your intake appointment, we will clarify should any fees apply to you.

Amid the many challenges you may be faced with, we can assist with issues such as, but not limited to:
